Back to Business

Feeling rested and ready to get back to business. I have actually missed my workshops and classes.

The mindfulness programme is almost ready to start, I am really excited about it and now have all the content prepared.

I have five lovely ladies all signed up and confirmed, with two more already signed up for the one that starts in June.

I only have 5 places as a maximum, as for me that’s the optimum number for any group discussions and views but small enough for individual issues to be shared and managed.

Monday 5th March sees the first class being delivered, I will share how that goes next week.

The main reason I wanted to deliver this mindfulness programme was to share with others how it has helped me and changed my life and for them to benefit from the practises and techniques too.

I can share with you ,without a doubt the huge difference it has made to me, my life and by default, those close to me.

I have learnt so much about myself, how my thoughts affected my decisions and actions, but more importantly how I could change them. I learned to relax and enjoy today.

How I have stopped procrastinating, having constant, long to do lists that I never ever managed to clear and feeling like I was on an hamster wheel of life. I was always chasing something, but not sure what I was chasing.

I now enjoy life, its simpler, I am more spontaneous, my mind is clearer, calmer and all symptoms of stomach and bowel problems have disappeared and as for migraines, I haven’t had one for months.

In a nutshell, my emotional and mental well-being as well as my physical health is in a much better place, the best it has ever been.

One of the biggest shifts came after realising that if you are constantly living in the past, with regret or guilt or worrying about the future and suffering anxiety, or both, was the fact that you are simply not here, you’re not fully alive.

If you would like to know more about the mindfulness programme, or the next set of dates, drop me a message, I would love to help.

That’s all for this week, be back soon
