Tips, Inspiration and Updates

Mindfulness Programme

The first two workshops of the 8- week programme have been received very well. Although I know how much I enjoyed and benefited from doing the course last year, I probably wasn’t expecting the same from all of the lovely ladies in such a short timescale. The different experiences, varying degree of meditation undertaken and the almost immediate awareness has left me feeling so inspired.

The five ladies didn’t all know each other before the course, all have very different jobs and home situations, yet as a group they are so honest and open, so supportive and helpful to each other and that has made my role so enjoyable.

I look forward to completing this first programme, gaining feedback on what worked well, what was the hardest part and capturing the benefits, so I can continue  to improve and grow the programme.

I intend to run another two programmes this year, one has been set for June starting on Monday the 4th and runs every Monday until 30th July. There are just two spaces available for this course and I will schedule one more during the latter part of the year.

I know Ruby Wax is a great advocate for Mindfulness, having first read her book Frazzled, followed by her latest one called  “How to become Human “ and  the more I read about the huge benefits {and experience them myself } the more I have become hooked!

So if you want to clear your mind, calm your life and stop living life on automatic  pilot, simply learn to enjoy a new sense of seeing the world as it is,  rather than as a setting for your own thoughts, then drop me a line, a mindful way of living could become the new norm.
