Why Wild Orange?

Wild Orange was founded with the passion and desire to create possibilities. The name was chosen after discovering the oil from the wild orange. It's often said to be an oil of abundance, or possibility, opening a person's mind and heart to the potential that surrounds them, and their ability to accept the goodness life is offering.

The description of the oil really struck a chord with me, that led me to launch Wild Orange and in turn my desire to help others at a time of change. To help you get on the path you should be on, towards a life of great wealth, love, health and more.

Carole Haywood-Poole

I have been through the mill myself over the past few years, with personal health issues and family bereavements. In the quest to become a better version of myself, I spent a gap year identifying what worries I was harbouring, what was holding me back, what were my self-limiting beliefs, my negative voices and what could I do about them. Believe me, there were a lot of those negative voices!

As I understood the tools and techniques of counselling due to having gone back to college and passing my level 3 counselling course, I did have a head start on most people.

So, I did lots of reading, reflecting and thinking. I wasn’t depressed although I did go to the doctors, and yes I was going through the menopause too. I was becoming anxious and suffering panic attacks. I sought counselling and did a course of CBT which helped me with one specific area.

I looked for a place or a company I could talk about all my issues. But there wasn’t anywhere that seemed to fit what I was looking for. I started to research, the more I read, the clearer my position became. I then looked at the other key areas that were holding me back and created a plan to address each of them.

That made me more determined to create my own company and offer this service to others.

The result is the creation of Wild Orange, a coaching service to promote personal growth and transformation.

I am excited about the company; the possibilities are endless. I have re balanced my work life priorities, improved my health and well being and I am enjoying the space and freedom to realise my dreams. I want to help you do the same.

A little bit more about my background.  I worked for a large blue chip company for over 24 years. I didn’t have the same job though. I worked across many different departments, which gave me loads of business experience in management, coaching and IT.

I am proud of my skills such as Consultation, Communication & Engagement, Stakeholder Management, Marketing and Social Media, Project and Programme management as well as product launch experience.

I also have qualifications in counselling, having completed level 3 in CAPB counselling skills and attended courses on emotional intelligence and resilience.

I am also a master practitioner in Mindfulness too.

That was so interesting and opened my mind to how much our thoughts, feelings and emotions play a huge part in our decisions and every day interactions.

I have also completed a diploma in life coaching and I am a member of the Association for Coaching (MAC) .

I am also fully insured.

I was  overweight during my teenage years and early twenties, but having lost over 5 stone, and struggling to maintain my weight since, I completed a course at Hallam university on healthy eating, exercise and weight management. That means I also understand the kinds of problems associated with weight gains and losses.
