I am really excited about the forthcoming Mindfulness programme. It consists of content from a well-researched and documented 8-week programme, with great benefits and delivered as a small group workshop.
The workshops will be on a Monday evening and with simple and easy to master instructions, I will take you through a weekly agenda with guided meditation as well as home practise.
The benefits are fantastic. I have completed the programme myself, ahead of qualifying as a master practitioner and I can’t tell you how much it has improved my day to day living. I sleep much better, I stress much less, I have more energy and I am certainly much calmer. In fact, I would go as far to say, I am the happiest and calmest I have ever been.
Prescribed by the NHS, mindfulness is fast becoming the most popular method to alleviate anxiety, stress and even depression. Above all it helps you feel more fully alive and in this revolutionary 8-week plan, I will teach you how to master it.
The first programme is to run from March 5th to April 30th. I already have 5 people signed up to the programme, so it’s now full. I find the smaller group workshops work best with at least 3 people, but no more than 5.
I aim to run at least another two programmes in this format, one in June and July and one in October and November.
